Is a new leadership mindset required for our data-driven future?

Quick, decisive, certain, unambiguous. These are all words that would traditionally be associated with positive decision making and leadership. The emergence of data analytics, and the ability for new information to emerge and be analysed very quickly, is challenging this traditional model of leadership.
